The Bryan County Sheriff’s Office has been made aware of the situation at the Bryan County Middle/High School. After conducting an investigation, there is no credible threat to student safety at this time.

🚔 Apparently, We've Been Too Serious Lately. 😂

Last week, while attending a meeting, I was approached by a Bryan County resident.

In public.

In broad daylight.

She had something she needed to get off her chest.

Apparently, the BCSO page hasn't been funny enough lately!! 😂

Ma'am, if you're reading this, your concerns have been heard.

We've been a little busy with all the important stuff, but apparently we've been neglecting our responsibility to provide the occasional giggle.

We apologize for this oversight.

Well... sort of.

Anyway, consider this your official notice that your regularly scheduled nonsense will resume shortly.

🤠 You've Got a Friend in BCSO!

Our Toy Story crew had a great time at the City of Pembroke's Trick or Treat on Railroad Street event this past Saturday!

Woody, Buzz, Jessie, Rex, Mr. Potato Head, and the rest of the gang traded their usual sheriff's office duties for a little Halloween fun!

We loved seeing all the costumes, handing out candy, and spending time with so many families from our community.

A big thank you to the City of Pembroke for putting together another great event!

And a special shoutout to our BCSO crew who volunteered to dress up and help make the evening fun for the kids!

To infinity and beyond!!

Our flamingos have been busy popping up around Bryan County, helping us show some love and support to those who have battled or are currently battling breast cancer.

Each visit is a simple reminder that you don't stand alone. 🩷

And we're not finished yet!

If you know someone you would like to see receive a visit from the Pink Flamingo Patrol, there's still time to nominate them.

Just send us a private message with their name and address, and we'll do our best to add them to our route. 🦩

Christmas should be a special time for every child. Each year, the Bryan County Children’s Fund Christmas Angel Program helps local families who may need a little extra support during the holiday season.

**Applications for Christmas assistance are available October 1 through November 20.**

REMINDER: FAITH & BLUE IS TOMORROW!

Come hang out with us before the Bryan County High School football game tomorrow night!

The Bryan County Sheriff’s Office will be outside the entrance to the football field from 6:00 to 7:15 PM with FREE hotdogs, chips, and drinks! 🌭

Grab some food, visit with us, and then head inside for some Friday night football. Kickoff is at 7:30 PM!

All eastbound lanes of I-16 are currently CLOSED near Exit 143 due to a crash.
