Respiratory illness season is here! Since September 1, we’ve had 7 flu cases and 12 COVID-19 cases.

Stay home when you’re sick, wash your hands, cover coughs and sneezes, and ask your healthcare provider or pharmacist about vaccines. Call Yates County Public Health at (315) 536-5160 to ask about flu and COVID-19 vaccines.

Heather, IBCLC with , and Caiti, CLC and Public Health Specialist with Yates County Public Health, are hosting a free Introduction to Breastfeeding class on Tuesday, December 8, from 5:30–7 p.m. in Penn Yan.
