💙 Pensacola, we’re here to help. And 311 is one way to get help.

As our community continues recovering from the hurricane, reporting storm damage is the priority. If you see damage to city streets, sidewalks, trees, signs or other public infrastructure, please contact 311 first so the City can document the issue and direct it to the appropriate team.

📞 Call 311 or submit a request online through the City of Pensacola’s website - https://www.cityofpensacola.com/290/Pensacola-311-Citizen-Support

Have another non-emergency city question or concern? 311 can help with that, too—but storm-related damage is taking priority right now.

And here’s something you may not know: City Parking revenue helps support 311 and other services that keep our community running. When you park with City Parking, your dollars help support services right here at home.

We’re all part of the same community, and we’ll get through recovery together. 💙

💙 It takes a village—and we’re proud to be part of ours.

Recovery happens one helping hand at a time. Our City Parking Ambassadors have been out lending a hand with post-hurricane cleanup, because being an ambassador means more than helping people park. It means showing up for our community when it matters.

We’re proud of our team and grateful to everyone across Pensacola who continues to pitch in, look out for neighbors, and help our city get back on its feet.

That’s what community looks like. That’s Pensacola. 💙

💙 Pensacola, we’re getting back on our feet—together.

As many of us slowly head back to work and downtown routines, please continue to take care while traveling and parking. City crews and cleanup teams are still working hard across our community, so give them room to do their jobs and watch for debris or changing conditions.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has worked tirelessly to get Pensacola back up and running—from City of Pensacola teams and the EOC to our first responders, linemen and all the people working behind the scenes. Your hard work and dedication mean so much. 🙏

This is what community looks like. And Pensacola, we’re pretty amazing. 💙

🚗 And a helpful reminder: City Parking is FREE on Mondays. Look for the blue signs with two-digit zone numbers, and visit ParkPensacola.com for parking locations and the interactive map.

Take care of yourselves, look out for one another, and give our downtown businesses and neighbors a little extra grace as we recover. We’re in this together.

🌀 ⛈ 🚗 Let’s keep our cars on dry ground!

With Hurricane Isaias headed our way, a quick reminder: if you see standing water on the road or in a parking area, don’t drive through it. Turn around and find another route or higher ground.

And if you live or park in a low-lying area, move your vehicle to higher ground before the water arrives.

A few minutes of planning now could save you a very expensive ride later.

Stay weather-aware, follow official guidance and keep an eye on conditions from NOAA and the City of Pensacola.

💙 Stay safe, Pensacola.
