I considered for awhile to get my Broker license in nYC since I spend a lot of time here …. Not anymore. This judgement is outrageous!! If anyone has any idea about how Real Estate works knows this is total BS. Nonetheless considering that New Yorks own Wall Street bankrupts the whole economy in 2008 and those people are still in business and making billions of dollars with their hedge funds. Think about that!!!
