North Crow Wing County First Responders - Zone 3

Our group recently received training for variance medications and procedures from North Memorial Health. These procedures include Epinephrine for anaphylaxis, Aspirin and Nitroglycerin for cardiac emergencies, Narcan for opioid overdoses, and iGel advanced airways.

This process took a lot of planning and logistics in order to host the training, as well as securing funding to purchase the equipment and medications for each of our members.

We would like to thank the Pelican Lakes Conservation Club, Sourcewell, Ben Krueger Legion Post 49 Pequot Lakes MN, and Insurance Brokers - Jake Cameron for assisting us in securing funding for this equipment.

With this equipment, it will help us to better serve our communities by being able to provide life saving interventions before an ambulance arrives on scene.

We are looking to add to our amazing team of volunteers!

Have you ever wondered how you could give back to your community in a meaningful way? Become a volunteer First Responder and be there when your neighbors need help the most.

No previous training or medical experience is required. We provide all the training and equipment you need!

As a volunteer First Responder, you'll work alongside local EMS, fire, and law enforcement agencies to provide lifesaving care during medical emergencies until an ambulance arrives. Your actions can make a real difference during someone's worst day.
