Following the sale and subsequent purchase of our new home outside of Lakemont, I am officially resigning as the vice president of the Lakemont HOA and as the representative of plat four. I appreciate the opportunity presented to represent the Lakemont HOA. While I wish that more progress could have been made towards changing the existing bylaws, I understand that these changes take time and substantial buy-in from the members of the Lakemont community. I truly hope that the wishes of the neighborhood continue to be pursued and achieved by the HOA board.

Good Morning,

Here are a few updates regarding the Lakemont HOA:

The Lakemont HOA Community Meeting will take place on March 4th, 2026, from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Rossford Community Recreation Center. We would love for you to attend, as several issues will be discussed regarding potential upcoming changes and events for 2026.

In addition, the HOA is exploring options for the website and would love to hear your feedback on what you would like to see on the home page. Feel free to reach out with any suggestions to improve the overall quality and experience.

Lastly, HOA due letters have been mailed and should be arriving shortly. We appreciate your patience during this process and apologize for the delay. We take full ownership of this failure as a board and have implemented changes to prevent it from happening again.
