Introducing Mindful Makers, a crafting series geared towards elementary schoolers designed to foster creativity, teach emotional regulation skills, and build community!

In our first session, we’ll be exploring the craft of wet felting and using wool roving, hot water, and dish soap to create colorful geodes. Join us on Tuesday, October 20th at 2:45 or 4 pm.

¡Únete a nuestra serie de manualidades diseñada para niños de primaria, creada para fomentar la creatividad, enseñar habilidades de regulación emocional y construir comunidad!

When a community member is in need of financial assistance, housing, healthcare, food or more, Leavenworth-based nonprofit Upper Valley MEND is there to help.

“Most of our daily interactions with folks are going to be on a small scale, but if we're able to help many people in small ways, it can have a large impact,” said Upper Valley MEND Social Worker Liz Hazen.
