** NEW CHASE TRUCK IN SERVICE & MOBILE INCIDENT COMMAND READY TO RESPOND! **

Grant County Ambulance is excited to announce that we have officially placed our NEW Chase 7 into service! This is another important step forward in our continued commitment to providing the highest level of emergency medical care to the citizens of Grant County. Thanks to state funding received, this comes at NO expense to Grant County tax dollars.

CHASE 7 – LEADERSHIP, RESPONSE & ADVANCED CARE

Our new Chase Truck will continue to be operated by our on-duty supervisor, allowing us to maintain a dedicated Paramedic response resource throughout the county.

This vehicle plays a critical role in our daily operations by allowing our supervisor to respond to emergencies, provide additional advanced life support capabilities, assist ambulance crews, coordinate resources, and provide leadership during complex incidents.

Having this resource available helps strengthen our response capabilities while allowing our ambulances to remain available to serve our communities.

But this investment is about more than just a new vehicle. It is about preparing for the future. As emergency medical services continue to evolve, this vehicle will help position our agency to introduce additional lifesaving capabilities, expand the services we provide, and bring new and innovative resources to the citizens we proudly serve.

MOBILE INCIDENT COMMAND – READY WHEN NEEDED

Also pictured is our Grant County Mobile Incident Command Trailer, a valuable resource available for deployment throughout Grant County and into our surrounding mutual aid areas.

This trailer provides a dedicated resource to support incident command, coordination, and emergency operations during large-scale emergencies, extended incidents, search and rescue operations, and other situations requiring additional command resources.

Whether supporting EMS, fire departments, law enforcement, or other emergency response agencies, this resource helps strengthen communication, organization, and coordination when it matters most.

INVESTING IN OUR COMMUNITY. PREPARING FOR THE FUTURE.

At Grant County Ambulance, our mission goes far beyond answering 911 calls. We are continuously working to improve our operations, strengthen our capabilities, and prepare for the challenges of tomorrow.

We have some exciting things planned for the future, and these resources are another step toward making those advancements possible!

Our citizens deserve an emergency medical service that continues to grow, adapt, and invest in their safety.

** WHEN SECONDS MATTER, ACCESS MATTERS **

You will continue to notice the Grant County Ambulance UTV standing by on the sidelines during local football games; but it’s there for much more than just a presence.

When an athlete, coach, official, or spectator experiences a medical emergency, getting EMS personnel and equipment to them quickly is critical. On a crowded football field or in areas where a traditional ambulance cannot easily access, our UTV gives crews another important tool to reach the patient, begin care, and safely transport them back to the waiting ambulance when necessary.

The UTV allows us to carry essential medical equipment directly onto or around the field while providing a safer and more efficient way to move patients who may be injured.

Having this resource on standby is all about preparedness. We hope it’s never needed, but when it is, we want to be ready.

Friday night lights are about supporting our athletes and our community, and GCA is proud to be there doing our part to help keep everyone safe.

GCA Goes Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

GCA proudly wears PINK in support of the fighters, admiration of the survivors, and in memory of those we’ve lost.

Every day, GCA has the privilege of working side-by-side with our fellow first responder agencies on emergency calls throughout our community. No matter the patch on our sleeve or the apparatus we arrive in, we work together with one common goal; helping those who need us.

This October, we’re proud to stand together for another common cause — Breast Cancer Awareness. 🎀

Different uniforms. One community. One fight.

We are ready to check some car seats! Just pull right up to the door and we will get you taken care of.
