Staysea’s Signature Notary Service LLC Celebrates Women’s History Month

This Women’s History Month, we proudly celebrate Kristen S. Clark — a visionary leader, creative entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for the arts in the Germantown community.

Kristen is the Founder and Director of the Germantown Arts District and Co-Owner of Kinetics Dance Dynamics. Through her work, she creates meaningful opportunities for artists, performers, and neighbors to come together through creativity and culture.

Inspired by the vibrant talent within Germantown, Kristen founded the Germantown Arts District to highlight and uplift the neighborhood’s thriving creative community. Through initiatives like the Germantown Arts Festival and Fourth Friday events, she continues to connect art, community, and local businesses while bringing greater visibility to the district’s cultural energy.

Her vision is deeply rooted in community—creating spaces where artists can thrive, neighbors can connect, and the next generation can be inspired through programs like those at Kinetics Dance Dynamics.

This month, Staysea’s Signature Notary Service is proud to honor Chenae Bullock, founder of Moskehtu Consulting LLC.

Chenae is an enrolled citizen of the Shinnecock Indian Nation and a descendant of the Montauk Tribe in Long Island, New York. She is also proudly African American — and she brings the fullness of her heritage into every space she enters.

Chenae is an activist, Indigenous perspective historian, cultural practitioner, and dynamic public speaker. Through Moskehtu Consulting, she works to amplify Indigenous voices, advocate for equity, preserve cultural narratives, and educate communities with truth and authenticity.

Her work is not only about history — it’s about legacy, visibility, and ensuring that Indigenous perspectives are respected and represented today and for generations to come.
