Every month let's have one week where we don't buy anything. There will be exceptions. You have an anniversary, birthday, wedding or whatever then do what you have to do. Otherwise, stock up before that week so you can cruise during the week. This is not my idea, I've seen similar ideas bouncing around.

We should change the week every month to make pattern recognition a little more difficult. And we should do what we can to shop with mom and pop as much as we can. There will be times when we have to give Bezos our money but we can try to limit it.

How about we start second week of June? Spread this as far and wide as you can.
