Join us and the family of Carl D. Wadleigh today for a historic moment as we add his name to our Memorial Wall.

Carl was misidentified in Vietnam after his death in 1968, leading to his name originally being omitted from our Memorial Wall. Today, he will receive his long-overdue welcome home.

Our Clinics and Administrative and Regional offices are CLOSED for today in recognition of Juneteenth. Our hospital, Crisis line — 988, press 1 — is OPEN 24/7, 365 days a year.

Today, we recognize June 19, 1865– the day, over two years later after President Abraham Lincoln officially freed all African Americans held in slavery in America on January 1, 1863– while we remember the brutal history of American slavery, we celebrate the day that Union soldiers finally reached those still being illegally held in bo***ge and enforced the Emancipation Proclamation and set them free.
