East Parkside, this one’s for YOU. A special pilot opportunity is happening right now.
The Rental Improvement Fund (RIF) is designed to support property owners in making critical repairs and upgrades — helping improve housing quality, stabilize blocks, and strengthen our neighborhood from the inside out.
Now, a pilot program is launching specifically in East Parkside, creating a unique opportunity for eligible property owners to access support that can lead to safer, healthier, and more sustainable homes in our community.
Want to learn more about what the Rental Improvement Fund is, who qualifies, and how it works?
🔎 Visit their website to review eligibility and see if you qualify.
🎥 They’re also hosting informational webinars if you’d like to hear directly from the team and ask questions.
