To all Taxpayers: If you've chosen to receive a paper check, rest assured it will arrive as expected. If you've received a letter from the IRS regarding direct deposit, know that it's part of our efforts to enhance efficiency for future use. Looking ahead, we're transitioning to a more streamlined approach - paperless direct deposits will become the standard starting with the 2026 tax season, marking a significant step towards a more modern and secure way of handling tax refunds.
