We’re proud to share that UAC Board Chair, Rev. Dr. Lorina Marshall-Blake, has been named a 2026 Drum Major Honoree by the Philadelphia Martin Luther King Jr Association for Nonviolence.

This recognition honors individuals who embody Dr. King’s call to lead with purpose and compassion — and Lorina does just that.

Her steady leadership, both at UAC and across the city, continues to make a meaningful difference.

Yesterday, we were proud to partner with to host a career conversation for Franklin Learning Center high school students, spotlighting the many behind-the-scenes careers that make major sporting events possible.

The conversation centered on sports as a pathway to leadership, business, innovation, and economic mobility on and off the field.
