Strengthening Families Framework: Turning Points CUA 10 uses this framework as the foundation of its work, embedding protective factors into its services and the families and neighborhoods. These factors include: parental resilience, social connections, concrete support in times of need, knowledge of parenting and child development, and social and emotional competence of children.
