These “letters” are comprehensive packages that showcase the past five years of a Sailor’s career and play a critical role in the promotion selection process.

What a day it was to be a first class petty officer at NTAG Philadelphia.

The First Class Petty Officer Association stepped away from the routine and went for a retreat and cookout at Brandywine Creek State Park in Wilmington, Delaware.

We talked. We hiked. We grilled. We reset.

Moments like these strengthen more than morale, they build trust, sharpen leadership, and reinforce the bond that drives mission success.

This is just the beginning. More retreats to come, and in the future, we’re bringing our junior Sailors with us.
