Road closures, parking restrictions announced in Philly ahead of NFC Championship game

If you are traveling over the next few days, be aware that temperatures are expected to drop quickly, and rain that was on the road surface will freeze. Be careful, and arrive alive!

Latest briefing on our wild weather which will get underway today. Watch for patchy ice across northwestern areas this morning before temperatures warm above freezing. Heavy rain will be the main risk late today into tonight. Coastal flooding is the main concern early tomorrow morning. Strong winds and flash freeze then are the primary risk by midday Friday. I attended a meeting yesterday on COVID-19 vaccines.
