We are proud to partner with Allied Universal on the Community-Oriented Public Safety (COPS) program, which helps bridge the gap for Police Explorer graduates who are not yet old enough to join the Philadelphia Police Department.

These dedicated young cadets are gaining hands-on experience with our bicycle safety patrol, learning what it takes to serve and protect while contributing to a safer Center City.

We are already seeing success: one cadet has been promoted to supervisor, another is training for dispatch, and a third is on track to join the Philadelphia Police Department. This is what investing in the next generation looks like.
