We invite you to check out tomorrow's webinar on EEG, Sleep & SUDEP: What People with Epilepsy and their Families Should Know from 12-1:30pm. This webinar will help people with epilepsy (PWE) and their families and caregivers understand three connected topics — EEG (electroencephalogram), sleep, and SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy) — and how each relates to overall health and seizure safety.

Consistent with what people with epilepsy and caregivers say they want, this session leads with hope: most SUDEP risk factors are things attendees and their care teams can act on together.

All past Camp Achieve campers and counselors, and their families, are invited to join us for our Camp Achieve Reunion on Saturday, January 16, 2027 from 12:30-3pm at the Conshohocken Community Center at the Fellowship House. We’ll relive camp favorites, learn about upcoming EFEPA events, and see what our friends have been up to since August!

Did you know that learning how to recognize a seizure and provide seizure first aid can make a difference in someone’s life?

At the Epilepsy Foundation Eastern PA, we believe that education is key to creating safer, more understanding communities for people living with epilepsy.
