A library outranks any other thing a community can do to benefit its people. - Andrew Carnegie The Lawncrest Branch opened its doors on September 18, 1961.
It serves the communities of Lawndale, Crescentville, and Cedar Grove. The Route 18 Bus stops right by the library and the R8 train stops nearby at Lawndale Station.

Open to everyone. Beginners welcome. One to two hours, leave when you need to. Limited or no restrooms. Dress for the weather. Cancels for downpours or storms.
Birding backpacks with binoculars, field guides, and trail maps available.
