PCA coordinates a broad range of services that help older Philadelphians and those with disabilities live as independently as possible.

Philadelphia Corporation for Aging (PCA) has been serving older adults and adults with disabilities in Philadelphia County since 1973 as the region’s Area Agency on Aging (AAA). As one of the largest nonprofits in the city, PCA partners with roughly 200 providers to deliver over 30 person-centered programs that help older Philadelphians and adults. Our Mission

FBI Philadelphia warns seniors to beware of scams - Philadelphia Corporation For Aging Older adults reported fraud losses of more than $7 billion last year, according to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). In 2025, more than 7,000 older Pennsylvanians (over age 65) reported nearly $216 million in lost money due to fraud.
