Republic Services will be providing New trash and recycling containers to each property in Morrisville. These containers will remain the property of Republic Services.
Delivery Schedule:
Containers will be delivered to each residence between March 30 and April 4.
If you have not received your containers by April 3, please contact the Borough at 215-295-8181.
Important Trash Collection Update
Beginning April 6, only the new trash containers should be used for collection, as the Republic Services will be using an automated system.
Old cans are not compatible with this system and will not be collected. Please do not use your old containers.

🚫 NO PARKING ON EMERGENCY ROUTES
Vehicles must be removed from the following roads or they will be ticketed and towed:
• E. Philadelphia Ave | N. Delmorr Ave | Pennsylvania Ave
• Trenton Ave | Bridge Street
🚗 PARKING & ACCESS
• Use Your Driveway: Keep the streets clear so plows can work faster.
• Clear the Corners: Leave extra room at intersections for plows to turn.
• Don't Block Alleys: Ensure plow trucks can enter and exit alleyways safely.
🧹 SIDEWALKS & DRIVEWAYS
• 24-Hour Rule: Sidewalks must be cleared within 24 hours after the snow stops.
• Corner Lots: Residents are responsible for clearing the sidewalk aprons for pedestrians.
• Wait to Shovel: Plows may make several passes. Wait until the road is fully cleared before finishing your driveway apron.
⚠️ SAFETY FIRST
• Illegal Shoveling: Do NOT push snow into the street. It is a safety hazard and is subject to a citation.
• Keep Kids Safe: Stay away from the street during plowing. Snow forts/tunnels near the road are strictly prohibited.
