As Memphis Street Academy Charter School prepares for its final day of classes on June 12, CEO Ashley Redfearn says American Paradigm Schools will continue showing up for the community it has served.

"We still care and we're going to be there as much as we can. And when it's time for us to move aside, we're going to do it respectfully and professionally."

APS remains committed to minimizing disruption for scholars and families during this transition, including maintaining the school's health center and food programs for as long as possible. Via KYW Newsradio:

What a day for First Philadelphia Preparatory Charter School! 🎶🏆

Every ensemble that competed at Music in the Park brought home 1st place in its division and earned the highest honor: a Superior Rating!

First Philadelphia was also honored with the Esprit de Corps award, given to the school that shows the greatest decorum and respect throughout the day toward fellow competitors, the host school, and everyone at the park. This is the 3rd consecutive year our scholars and staff have earned this prestigious recognition.

Congratulations to Band Director Kara Milici, Choir Director Dan Brown, and Orchestra Director Christian Hankerson. We are so proud of you all! 🎶
