The Slam on the Silence is officially an open event. No registration necessary, but contacting me will certainly help to guarantee your spot on the stage at Ploome/REQ.1 studios on February 25th!
Come prepared with at least 2 pieces ready to slam!

Thanks to everyone who was able to come out for our workshop on Domestic Violence last week!! We were able to get a lot of great feedback and will be able to build future workshops around your remarks!!

We learned about some important information regarding the role of the police in responding to domestic violence reports.. Thanks Officer Madgey!!!

I hope everyone is getting ready for our big poetry slam program on teen dating violence: The Slam on the Silence!! Spread the word, and we'll keep you updated about its progress!
