What your body needs to stay physically active is dependent on your age and intensity of the activity. The Physical Activity Guidelines will help you determine how much activity you need:
3-5 years old: Physical activity every day throughout the day. Active play through a variety of enjoyable physical activities.
5-11 years old: At least 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity daily.
12-17 years old: At least 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity daily.
18-64 years old: At least 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous intensity aerobic physical activity per week, in bouts of 10 minutes or more.
65 years and older: At least 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous intensity aerobic physical activity per week, in bouts of 10 minutes or more.

Paletas de Yogur con Fresas
¡Fresas y yogur es todo lo que se necesita para esta saludable merienda congelada! ¡Son fabulosas como meriendas después de la escuela o como un postre tarde por la noche!
Hace:4 Porciones

Ingredientes
1 taza yogur de fresa bajo en grasa
6 fresas grandes
1 bandeja de cubos de hielo (o vasos de papel)

Preparación
1. Corte las fresas en tamaños pequeños.
2. Mezcle las frutas y el yogur.
3. Vierta en 4 vasos de papel pequeños (u 8 cubitos de hielo) luego pónga los palitos de paletas (o corte pajillas de papel).
4. Congélelas.
5. ¡Disfrútelas como una golosina congelada!

Frozen food should be thawed in the refrigerator or in the microwave. Frozen foods like raw meat or fish should NOT be thawed at room temperature – this is a food safety hazard.

Be sure to use freezer-safe bags and containers to maintain quality and prevent freezer burn. Squeeze any extra air out of a freezer-safe bag before freezing.

Raw meat can be frozen in its original packaging.

Strawberry Yogurt Pops
Strawberries and yogurt are all you need for this healthy frozen snack! They're a great after school snack or late night dessert!
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
6 large strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 ice cube tray (or paper cups)

Directions
1. Cut strawberries into small pieces.
2. Mix fruit and yogurt.
3. Divide into 4 small paper cups (or 8 ice cubes) and place in popsicle sticks (or cut paper straws).
4. Freeze.
5. Enjoy as a frozen treat!
