Each day brings more roses, and we’re right at peak bloom! Enjoy a gorgeous evening in the garden tonight during our extended hours. Wyck’s grounds will be open until 7 PM.

Last night, we were thrilled to welcome Penn PhD candidate Julia Bouwkamp to Wyck for our annual women’s history month lecture. Julia gave a wonderful talk entitled “Science and the Single Woman,” addressing the scientific and cultural constructions of spinster stereotypes in the 18th and 19th centuries, and led an excellent discussion following the lecture.
