The ASHS Quilting Club dedicated countless hours throughout the year to create quilts for the Asplundh Cancer Center. Denise Young, MS, LCSW, was delighted to receive the donation on behalf of the center. We look forward to seeing what they create next year!

At Overlook's Title I event, "Preventing Summer Slide", families were provided resources to keep their children learning while they are away from school during the summer months.

Approximately 150 ASHS students participated in the Philadelphia Museum of Art's Teen Art Exhibition, "A Future of Artists," now on display! Their work, which included character designs and landscapes, joined an exhibit of over 600 postcards from area high school students as part of the museum's recognition of the Semiquincentennial. The exhibit aims to make local teen artists feel like they're part of the story of American Art.
