Grateful to Council President Kenyatta Johnson Kenyatta Johnson once again for bringing our community and resources together at Peace Not Guns in Southwest Philly.

Taj Taj Mahal Murdock has been talking about the work behind the scenes, and Ryan As I Plant This Seed has been showing it. We don’t post it all, but we’ve been doing this work together for years, and we want to share more of these moments.

It takes a lot of work, but we have fun too! Skiippy🧟‍♂️🦍 was playing too much with the camera, but you always need somebody to keep everybody laughing. With Quran doing his thing and the crew together, we get to love on each other while loving on our community.

Much love to Men of Courage and all the organizations, helpers, and volunteers working with us. There’s always room for more people coming together. If you ever want to know how you can help, contact any of us. There’s always a need somewhere.

Imani Star Development is bringing back Baby & Me Yoga with Little Yoga Squad and Baby B Soothed!

This is more than a fun activity. It’s a chance for little ones and their parents to slow down, relax, and explore simple ways to bring movement and calming moments into their everyday routines. Giving families space to practice these habits together matters to us.

FREE for parents 30 and under with children ages 6 and under.

We had an awesome time in Clark Park breathing, flowing, releasing and simply slowing down.

Our Breathe & Flow session gave our young women an opportunity to relax, reconnect with themselves and experience wellness in a peaceful and supportive environment. The benefits reached far beyond the yoga mat.

Wellness experiences like this are necessary. Our young women and young men need access to spaces that encourage them to breathe, reset and care for their mental, emotional and physical well-being. This particular session was created especially for our young women, and it was truly a beautiful experience.

We are always grateful for Ace Holistics. Ace is intentional, extremely patient and genuinely committed to creating meaningful wellness experiences for our young people.

Baby & Me Yoga | FREE 🧘🏽‍♀️

It’s never too early to introduce our little ones to wellness, calm, movement and healthy ways to express themselves.💫💫💫

Imani Star Development and Baby B Soothed are coming together to offer a FREE Baby & Me Yoga experience for young parents ages 25 and under and their little ones ages 5 and under.

This one is really for the little ones. Through playful yoga, movement, music and mindfulness, children will have an opportunity to move, relax, have fun and begin experiencing wellness in a way that feels natural for their age.

And there’s purpose behind it for our young parents too. We want them to know that there are spaces created with them and their children in mind, while also giving them simple ways to introduce calm, connection and wellness at home.

We’re excited to have Mariah of Little Yoga Squad leading our little ones through this special experience.

All men deserve space to pause, breathe, reflect, and simply be.

Our Men’s Wellness Experience gave our young men an opportunity to slow down, focus on themselves, and enjoy an evening centered around movement, mindfulness, reflection, and wellness.

Each participant received a journal, other take aways and had an opportunity to write down some of the things they wanted to release and some of the things they wanted to receive moving forward.

We are truly grateful for Nasir and everything he brings to this experience. His knowledge of yoga, wellness, herbs, and natural practices continues to add so much value to the space we are creating for our young men.

Thank you to everyone who came out and participated. We hope everyone left feeling a little lighter, more grounded, and reminded of the importance of taking care of themselves.

We are grateful to continue creating meaningful experiences like this alongside The Studio by ACE Holistics.

There’s something powerful about watching people tell their stories through poetry.

We had the opportunity to see and listen to Thee Stuttering Poet 🎼✍️🏽 as she took the stage at Ms. Poems 🤍, and what a beautiful performance it was. Thank you for sharing your gift, your voice, and your creativity with everyone in the room. We didn’t get more footage. We really wanted to but we enjoyed. Not to mention. We never get a chance to post half of the footage. We take from all of the beautiful experiences that we have.

We believe poetry is more than art. It can be healing. It gives people a space to express themselves, process emotions, build confidence, and connect with others in meaningful ways.

We’re excited about our upcoming poetry workshop in collaboration with Ms. Poems 🤍 and look forward to creating more opportunities for young people and our community to discover the power of spoken word.

Keep up the great work, Thee Stuttering Poet 🎼✍️🏽. We’re cheering you on and look forward to seeing all that you accomplish.
