OVER 500 STRONG rallied in Harrisburg lead by the Coalition to Abolish Death By Incarceration - CADBI , a bipartisan coalition of over 500 faith leaders, dual victims, criminal justice reform advocates and community members rallied in Harrisburg to call for an end to PA’s unjust felony murder rule and parole reform for aging and geriatric lifers, who pose no risk to the public but cost tax payers millions in medical and incarceration fees.
