Philadelphia's Office of Homeless Services and Right-to-Know Office is COOKED.
After months of requesting public records, filing appeals, and holding the City accountable, I finally have my day in court.

Legal briefs in December. Oral arguments in January.
And yes, I'm representing myself.

The City has attorneys. I have receipts.
See y'all in court.
