This year our focus word is kindness and we have grade levels that are teaming up together to lead kindness activities. This past Friday 1st grade and 5th grade buddies got together to read a book and then illustrated it and labeled the main characters. It was so wonderful seeing them work together and observing our 5th graders demonstrating kindness and leadership skills to their 1st grade buddies! 🥰
