Did you know?
Phoenix has several large washes and floodplains. The City's Floodplain Management team provide updated information and establish development requirements for projects within the City's Special Flood Hazard Areas (SFHA). These requirements keep properties from flooding and erosion hazards to a minimum, as well as protecting the natural resources within those flood prone areas.
Visit Phoenix.gov/Floodplain for more information or contact the team at [email protected].
For urgent street flooding issues, call our 24/7 Hotline: 602-262-6441.
