My deepest sympathies to Former Congressman Tom O’Halleran on the loss of his wife, Pat.

Pat was one-of-a-kind and Tom’s #1 fan on the campaign trail. Her big personality and kind spirit filled a room. She will be deeply missed at many Democrats of the Red Rocks events.

Last weekend I joined residents in Deer Valley to get out the vote for the upcoming DVUSD Override. Seeing so many come out in support of our students gives me hope that we can win — I recommend a YES vote and encouraged neighbors to get those ballots in ASAP!

In Tucson this morning knocking doors with Arizona’s next congresswoman, ! No one will fight harder for our kids and working families.

Our hearts continue to be with residents and first responders in the Los Angeles area during this difficult time. Join me and mayors from around the country in supporting relief efforts.

When I first ran for mayor, my goal was to build a city where my son and other kids could grow up and thrive. Over the past few years, we’ve made remarkable progress on that goal together—protecting our water supply, attracting high-wage jobs, and investing in public resources that serve all of us, from public safety to parks.

Tonight, we celebrate a great victory. Tomorrow, we get back to work.
