🌟 Summer Youth Health Education Course (Ages 12–19)

We are excited to continue our partnership with Maricopa County to offer a life‑changing, one‑week educational program for youth ages 12–19. This course provides essential knowledge about sexually transmitted infections (STIs), HIV, and pregnancy prevention in a supportive, age‑appropriate environment.

12:00 PM – 12:30 PM (lunch provided)

🎉 Special Event
On June 19, we will celebrate the end of the course with a field trip to Skateland in Mesa.

In this workshop, you'll learn how to recognize and respond to these cues, helping your baby feel safe, secure, and understood. Together, we'll explore how tuning into your baby strengthens your bond and builds a strong, healthy relationship.

Caring for a newborn requires time, energy, and constant attention—which is why caring for yourself is just as important. Self-care doesn't have to mean long spa days; it can be simple, everyday moments that help restore your mind, body, and spirit. Join Healthy Families to discover practical, realistic ways to recharge and prioritize your well-being, so you can continue showing up as your best for your baby.
