The latest and not so greatest news! MVD is still ironing out the kinks in their new computer system. If you did not receive your title in the mail after a title and registration transfer, please come in and request your title. It was discovered yesterday that there was an additional plug in omitted in issuing a title. We have always issued titles Registrations and plates efficiently in one step and provided them to our customers. Not anymore. Everything is mailed to you and we’re uncertain when you’ll be receiving them. This includes the Registrations, no sticker for your car, it will be mailed. We apologize for these inconveniences on this learning curve journey.

AZ MVD NOW Online services available from the Arizona MVD.

April 22nd was the first full day of AZ MVD Now. It was a challenging day and we are grateful that our customers showed us patience and grace. We’re all in this together on the changes that are forthcoming.

ADOT/MVD will be closed as of this evening until April 22nd. They are implementing a new computer system. Their goal is to eliminate paper and have everything electronic. Title transfers will be done through your cell phones. The public will have to have special accounts to do their buying and selling vehicles. There will be no more certificate of titles, only a few exceptions. All plates and Registrations will be mailed out.

Are they ready to launch? It’s not too encouraging at this time. They’re stating it may take two weeks to iron out the glitches. We shall see.

We have decided to Change our hours on the East Location: 2840 E Thomas Rd location to 9:00 to 5:00 Mon-Fri. Saturday’s 9:00-3:00.

Our West location: 3126 W Thomas Rd will continue with the same weekly hours 9:00-5:00 Closed on Saturdays.
