With over 40 years of experience in public and private finance, Holly brings expertise in fiscal stewardship, transparency, and operational excellence. She has led major budget recovery initiatives, strengthened internal controls, and ensured compliance across diverse sectors.
Beyond her professional achievements, Holly has been married for 49 years and is a proud parent, grandparent, and great-grandparent. She also served as a U.S. Navy Ombudsman for 20 years, earning recognition three times as Ombudsman of the Year.
