Thanks to the passing of Senate Bill 1479, Arizona now has some of the strongest deed fraud protections in the country.

We are excited to roll out a new FREE way to access detailed property datasets and bulk reports through the Data Downloads page on our website.

These datasets used to require formal requests or came at a cost. Thanks to the modernization of our systems, that's all changed. We can now generate them automatically and make them available instantly.

This is part of our commitment to keeping Maricopa County's property tax system open, accessible, and easy to understand for all residents.
