Congratulations to Mary Beals Leudtka for receiving the AZAging Lifetime Achievement award. Mary has worked for NACOG Aging for 33 years, with 20 of those years as director. When she began, she had 12 staff working in aging in northern Arizona. Now she has about 50 staff. Mary is an advocate at the state and national level, and has sat on the USAging and NANSP Boards of Directors. From 2017-2023, Mary was board chair of AZAging. Mary retires next month, and we are so appreciative of all she's done for older adults in Northern Arizona, statewide, and nationally. Congratulations, Mary.

Happy Women’s History Month! Women are mothers, sisters, daughters—and represent 61 percent of the nation’s caregivers. They are also among the top groups contacting the Eldercare Locator to connect to resources for the local services and supports they and their families need to age well in their communities.
