Our Silent Auction is this Friday! Come support the Foundation and bid on many wonderful items donated by our community!
Join us on Friday, 10/24th at 5:30pm for a silent auction to benefit the Foundation for PIHMA research and Education! Admission to the silent auction is free!
At the same time, we will be hosting a book signing - tickets required.
*50% of book sales support the National Library of Traditional Medicine (NLTM) databases for online research to validate traditional medicines for use in hospitals and American healthcare.

**Bidding must be in increments of a specified amount that will be listed for each item.

ONLINE SILENT AUCTION RULES
1. Bidding will be open from posting until the close at 8 PM on December 16, 2018.
2. By bidding in the Online Silent Auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.
3. The Foundation for PIHMA Research and Education reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the Online Silent Auction.
4. Auction item purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued, nor is it possible for expiration dates to be extended. All items are “as is”. All provisions listed in the certificates are subject to availability.
5. The Foundation for PIHMA Research and Education provides no guarantees, warranties or servicing of auction items and is not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the item or service sold.
6. To make a bid for an Online Silent Auction item, simply type the amount you wish to bid in the comment section of the item picture on Facebook. The opening bid on each item will be listed together with a specified minimum increment amount. Each subsequent big must follow that minimum increment. Any bids not adhering to this format will be declared invalid and voided.
7. You may bid on any item in any Silent Auction section until the item is closed.
8. Once the auction is declared closed, the last bid entered on the comment section that adheres to the designated increment shall constitute the winning bid and will so be marked. In the event of a dispute, the Online Silent Auction Chair (Aniko Pinter) will act as the final authority.
9. The winning bidder will be contacted to arrange the pick-up and payment for the item. THERE WILL NOT BE SHIPPING OPTION – ITEM MUST BE PICKED UP.
10. Payment for items purchased must be made in full. We accept cash, or a personal cheque made payable to “The Foundation for PIHMA Research and Education”. Invoices will be available upon request.
11. Any item left unclaimed will be offered to the next highest bidder and sold.
