Free summer meals are back at Wilson, starting TODAY ☀️🍎
Children 18 and under can enjoy FREE breakfast and lunch this summer through our SUN Meals program at both Wilson Elementary and Wilson Primary. Meals help ensure students continue receiving the nutrition they need while school is out.
Families can also apply for SUN Bucks, which provides eligible school-aged children with $120 to help purchase groceries and healthy foods during the summer months.

Today we celebrated our incredible 8th grade students as they promoted and prepared for their next journey into high school. We know each and every one of them is capable of accomplishing their goals and creating a successful future through hard work, determination, and confidence.

Sometimes the biggest lessons in the classroom come from the students themselves.
One of our teachers shared that this year, her students reminded her how powerful it is to create an inviting and welcoming space—because when students feel safe, seen, and encouraged, their confidence grows and their love for learning follows.
A beautiful reminder that teaching is just as much about connection as it is instruction.

Full circle, right where it all began. 💙
Our Assistant Principal, Ruth Harris, was recently featured on ABC15—and her story is one that means so much to our Wilson community. She first walked onto this campus as a first grader, supported and inspired by the very educators who helped shape her path.
That same support stayed with her, guiding her into a career in education—first as a teacher, and now as a leader serving the same community that once poured into her.
Her journey is a powerful reminder of the lasting impact our schools and staff have on the lives of our students. We’re so proud to see her story come full circle—and even prouder to have her leading the next generation.

A Principal’s Day she won’t forget. ❤️👑
On Friday, our students and staff surprised Mrs. Wojcicki with a campus full of love—decorating her office, placing 100 (yes, 100!) face cutouts around campus, and presenting her with a giant “Queen of Hearts” card.
