Strong leadership builds stronger communities. Today, we are celebrating the 12-year tenure of Gene D’Adamo (left), President & CEO of Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust, ahead of his retirement in early 2027. Gene’s steady vision has lifted so many across Arizona and Indiana.

We also want to give a huge congratulations to Jeff Small (right), who will be stepping into the President & CEO role in 2027. Jeff’s longstanding dedication to the nonprofit sector makes him the perfect leader to carry this vital work forward. Thank you, Gene, and congratulations, Jeff!

We are incredibly honored to see our CEO, Gerald Wissink, profiled in the latest Veterans Community Project newsletter! Our $250,000 commitment to the upcoming Veterans Community Project of Glendale Village is rooted in a shared belief: Everyone deserves a place to call home.

As Jerry put it: "We want every Veteran to know they are valued, respected and not forgotten."

Last week, our amazing staff rolled up their sleeves to volunteer at the Phoenix VA Health Care System for the Veggies for Veterans event!

Alongside the incredible team at Gregory's Fresh Market, we helped distribute 600 bags of fresh, nutritious produce to our local Veterans. This initiative doesn't just deliver fresh food—it delivers dignity, wellness, and care to those who served.
