Massive congratulations to Delivering Dreams of Arizona on celebrating their 500,000th free-book recipient right here in Phoenix during National Book Month!

For over two decades, this dedicated team has quietly and consistently worked to put new books in the hands of children in high-poverty schools across the Valley—while also providing essential clothing, shoes, and support through their wonderful programs.

Half a million books later, a Phoenix third grader just became part of local history.

Congratulations to St. Vincent de Paul on opening its new East Valley Medical Clinic in Mesa. With healthcare coverage cuts and rising premiums, the need for free, compassionate care has never been greater.

At BHHS Legacy Foundation, we are proud to support the vital work happening across SVdP's network—including our $130,000 grant last year to renovate and expand their main site clinic on Watkins. Seeing these spaces grow and multiply to serve even more uninsured and underinsured Arizonans is a true testament to community partnership.

Leaders at St. Vincent de Paul are hoping that by opening a second free clinic, they'll meet a rising need and help keep Valley residents out of ERs.

Incredible news for Arizona youth and families! Congratulations to notMYkid on securing nearly $7.5 million in federal funding through the AWARE Arizona Project.

Over the next five years, this monumental investment will expand prevention, early intervention, and treatment connections to reach 100,000 youth, support 10,000 family members, and train 1,000 educators across six counties.

🎉 BIG NEWS for Arizona youth and families!

notMYkid has been awarded nearly $7.5 million in federal funding through the five-year AWARE Arizona Project to expand prevention, early intervention, and connections to treatment for youth and families across our state.

Every year for the next five years, we’re working to:
-Reach 100,000 youth
-Support 10,000 family members
-Train 1,000 educators & youth-serving professionals
-Strengthen prevention partnerships across 6 Arizona counties: Maricopa, Navajo, Mohave, Yuma, Cochise, and Pima
-Expand Project REWIND early intervention services statewide

From urban communities to rural, frontier, and Tribal communities, this investment means more local support, earlier intervention, and more opportunities for Arizona kids to thrive.
