Leadership. Mentorship. Student Success.
Let’s hear it for Ms.Haskell! 👏✨
At yesterday’s school board meeting, Ms. Haskell was officially recognized for her incredible leadership, mentorship, and dedication to student success. 🎉
As our Math Department Lead for the past 5 years, Ms. Haskell goes above and beyond every single day. She leads weekly PLC meetings to analyze student data and target instruction, and she spearheaded the implementation of our 20-minute Tier 2 intervention block to ensure no student gets left behind. On top of that, she currently mentors four department members, including three first-year teachers! 🍎📚
Fiona’s warmth, infectious personality, and deep love for her students, math... and cats 🐱 make our school a better place.
Thank you, Ms. Haskell, for your leadership and heart. We are so lucky to have you! 💙🤍💙🐾

Our girls gave it everything on the court tonight against the undefeated Arts Academy of Estrella Mountain! While we fell just short of breaking their streak, we couldn’t be prouder of the fight, heart, and hustle shown in every single set. 💙🏐💙

🎃 CANDY DONATION CONTEST IS ON! 🍬
Tillman Middle School is kicking off our annual Candy Donation Contest, and the stakes are high! The advisory class that brings in the most candy will win an extra recess! 🎉
How to Participate:
🗓️ Dates: October 13th – October 22nd
📍 Drop-off Locations: Front Office OR the Candy Collection Station in the Tillman Tunnel (before school)
🍫 What to Bring: Bags of individually wrapped candy
Make sure to label your donations with your Advisory Teacher’s name so your class gets credit!
👻 SAVE THE DATE: TRUNK OR TREAT 🕷️
After the contest, join us for a spooktacular evening at the Tillman Community Trunk or Treat!
📅 When: Friday, October 23rd
⏰ Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
