Arizona VOAD is the Arizona state chapter of NVOAD (National VOAD). It consists of organizations active in disaster response through the state of Arizona.
Arizona Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, membership-based organization that builds resiliency in Arizona communities. Arizona VOAD's role is to bring organizations together and enable them to understand each other and work together smoothly. In response to flooding in Globe, the American Red Cross has opened an evacuation shelter at High Desert Middle School (4000 High Desert Dr, Globe, AZ).
