Happy Volunteer Appreciation Week! π SPW gave an appreciation party for some of our amazing volunteers this week that included a painting session and good times. Some people can't safely access medical care. A wound care kit changes that. It reduces infection, restores autonomy, and reminds someone they're not forgotten. Each month, we rely on our community to assemble 1,000 kits β and we make it an event worth showing up for.
**BONUS: This month we're turning it up with a Karaoke-themed Kit Party! Sing along, grab the mic, and let's pack 1,000 kits together! Can we count on you?

Here's what we've been hearing from folks across the state. We share this information so we can keep each other safe, not to cause fear or panic, but to stay informed and share resources. Because of criminalization, we often don't know exactly what's in the drug supply or the potency of any particular substance. The best source of information is people in our communities who are actively using, they are the experts and know how to keep each other safe. We'd love to hear from you if you have personal experience and want to share what you are seeing/feeling/experiencing with the current drug supply. πππ
