That's why we're proud to announce Salamanca Square, a 192-unit affordable housing community coming to Phoenix through a partnership with the Alhambra School District. When families have stable, affordable housing, children do better in school, parents can focus on work and financial goals, and entire communities become stronger.

After experiencing homelessness himself, Michael felt called to help others facing similar challenges. Now, he spends his days encouraging participants, listening to their stories, and reminding them that they matter.

The most rewarding part of his work? Seeing people regain confidence, find their voice, and believe in themselves again.

We’re excited to share that we have received final approval to begin construction on Salamanca Square, a new 192-unit affordable housing community that will provide safe, stable homes for families earning at or below 60% of the area median income. Construction is expected to begin this fall.

Developed in partnership with the Alhambra Elementary School District, Salamanca Square will transform underutilized land into a family-centered community with housing options ranging from one to four bedrooms. Together, we're creating pathways to stability, strengthening neighborhoods, and helping more families build brighter futures.
