Veterans Affinity 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We minimize barriers to Veterans' care. Honors * Housing * Healthcare veteransaffinity.org

We take a special interest in our 65 and older Veteran population. We will ensure our Veterans are in a safe environment and can help them find suitable housing based on their needs. We will also ensure our Veterans are receiving the care they need. If we discover Veterans are losing their ability to take care of themselves, we will explore additional care in their home. We can also coordinate additional medical equipment needed (oxygen, bed, wheelchair, walker, shower chair, etc). Once our Veterans are in a safe environment and they have the medical care they need, we will assist them apply for the benefits they have earned. We will assist Veterans with VA enrollment, appointments, pension, disability, and compensation claims.

Veterans gathered for another meaningful Veteran Round Table in Phoenix, Arizona, sharing stories, reconnecting with friends, and discussing VA healthcare, benefits, and support. These conversations build connections and help Veterans take the next step toward the care and resources they need.

Veterans shared memories from their time in uniform, swapped stories, and enjoyed plenty of good-natured ribbing. Familiar experiences sparked laughter, strengthened friendships, and reminded everyone they have a place in our formation.

Heartfelt thanks to Terri Flowers and our dedicated volunteers for creating a welcoming place for Veterans to connect. Your kindness and commitment helped every Veteran feel seen, heard, supported, valued, and remembered.

Collaboration between Cincinnati and Phoenix made a world of difference for a Veteran in need.

In this short testimonial, Craig McKee of ABC15 Arizona shares how we came together after hours to provide support when it mattered most. When communities work together, compassion becomes action.

Thank you, Craig, for reaching out and trusting our team to make it happen. Together, we ensured this Veteran did not stand alone.

Another Saturday morning brought fun, friendship, and meaningful connection with our Veterans and their Families at Hacienda de Valencia in Mesa, Arizona.

We proudly welcomed two new Veterans into our formation, presented each with a Veterans Affinity T-shirt, and shared stories about why we served and how military service continues to shape our lives. Every story strengthens our bonds.

We also discussed safeguarding the DD214, staying positive and connected, and seeking help when needed. Wear your Veteran caps! A simple cap or military symbol can spark conversations, bring back shared memories, and open the door to lasting friendships and support.

Heartfelt thanks to Marine widow Louise Vittitow and our “Donut Dollies” for the warm welcome, flowing coffee, and smiles. Your kindness helps our Veterans feel seen, heard, supported, valued, and remembered. Together, we remind every Veteran that they have a place in our formation and community.

This morning’s breakfast social in Sun City, Arizona, brought our Veterans and their Families together for conversation, camaraderie, and connection.

More than 120 Veterans representing every war era shared service stories, memories, and plenty of good-natured humor.
