Congratulations to Desert View’s employee of the month, Ms. Vanesa!
Not only is she a one on one aide, she goes above and beyond by supporting multiple teachers and providing positive interactions with all students she interacts with.
As one teacher says, “Ms. Vanesa is such a generous person! She cares, is self driven, and embodies peace and strength.”
In describing her in just three words, one student says it best: “She is helpful, encouraging, and kind!”
Thank you, Ms. Vanesa for your dedication and contribution to Desert View!

Last week our district raised money for North Phoenix Kiwanis Club. They fund many of our district’s projects, including dictionaries for every 3rd grade student. Our school ended up raising over $600! The top 3 fundraising classes get to pick 3 staff members to pie in the face. Could it be any of our staff who went to the walk-a-thon??

Great job, Norsemen!!
