TOPPS, INC The youth of today are the leaders of our future. It is crucial that we prepare them for success. She and her late husband, William Dove, Jr.

The executive director, Annette Dove, initially served as the youth director of her home church -- New Town Baptist Church in Pine Bluff, AR. worked with at-risk children, particularly those identified as gang members. Today, TOPPS is recognized as one of Arkansas' premiere organizations serving the entire community. TOPPS has also been nominated for several national awards.

Who says learning about money can’t be FUN?! 🤑✨

Our TOPPS scholars were making MONEY MOVES this Thursday! A HUGE shoutout to LaTasha McNeely Randle for stopping by and dropping some financial wisdom on our future CEOs and millionaires!

From learning how to sign checks to understanding the importance of financial literacy, our scholars are gaining REAL-LIFE skills that will last a lifetime!

A HUGE thank you to United Rentals, Pine Bluff Junior High counselors and students, our generous sponsors, local businesses, and our amazing staff and community volunteers who showed up to serve at yesterday’s TOPPS October Food Distribution!

Your support, donations, resources, and helping hands made this event possible. Together, we distributed OVER 300 FOOD BOXES to families in our community!

Sign-ups begin October 20th through November 13th for children ages 1–14!
