My office is not sending anyone to Rapid City for the Tusweca Language Conference.

Rumors are flying and people are directed to my office for this. We didn’t send anyone last year.

There is no Treaty meeting during the same timeframe. There is a meeting of C**T (Coalition of Large Treaty Tribes) which is another organization like Great Plains Tribal Chairman’s Association. I do not know what their meetings consist of and if they address Treaties?

Again, we are not sending anyone on any travel. Thank you.

** 8/12 - 8:30 a.m. Planned Outage Update **

Due to the fires and severe weather that moved through our service territory last night, we will postpone the planned outage that was scheduled for TODAY.

We will try again early next week and will provide members with an updated date and additional notice once the new outage time is confirmed.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as our crews continue working to address the impacts from last night’s weather and fires. Thank you for your continued cooperation!
