Did you know that planting a tree is another easy way that you can help bats? Find out more by reading this great article from BCI 🦇

"Healthy trees and forests are critical for many bat species around the world. Whether it’s dense, tropical jungles, old-growth forests, or just a few trees in an urban park, these habitats offer important food, shelter, and other resources for local bats."

More than just a place to sleep, trees and forests provide critical resources that bats need to survive.

Rainy weather may not be everybody’s cup of tea, but it sure is a great day for our mossy friends. Did you know mosses are a member of the plant group called bryophytes? Bryophytes are non-vascular plants (no roots, no vascular tissue, no problem!) and absorb water through their surface tissue/leaves.
